- Testing of Carbon Monoxide detectors and verification that gas-fired equipment is operating properly in your home.
- In-duct smoke detectors would help to eliminate smoke inhalation dangers in the event of a fire.
- Electrical surge protection would help protect the electronics in your home’s expensive heating and air conditioning equipment.
- Protection from water damage caused by high water pressure, inadequate containment of potentially damaging water leaks, failure of flexible water connectors to appliances, and installation of safety valve shutoff tags to help you identify these valves in the event you need to use them.
All of these above-listed measures as well as others are either addressed, inspected, or can be discussed with you during a Peak Advantage Service Agreement visit.
