At Horizon Services, we would like to let you know that we are open and ready to assist you with any service issues that require attention. We are also taking extra precautions to ensure that we are keeping you and your family safe.

We are following best practices including maintaining a safe distance and having and utilizing supplies to disinfect surfaces to help prevent the spread of this virus, in our office, our vehicles, and our client’s homes.
While we are all presently healthy, any employee with flu-like symptoms is expected to remain home until at least 24 hours after symptoms have subsided, 4-5 days after symptoms started before being considered safe to return to work.
In your home, we will keep a safe distance, and remain gloved up when interacting with any devices/equipment. We will also sanitize these areas with wipes when we are finished.

Before setting an appointment, I will be asking if anyone in the home has been or is currently sick, and if so we would just ask that this individual remain in another room if possible during our service visit and we would appreciate it if some windows could be opened to allow for additional ventilation in these cases.
